This involves teaching you self-care, strategies, techniques and self-hypnosis so that the transition into parenthood is the experience you want it to be. if the you are calm, and well-informed and have coping strategies, this will have a beneficial effect on the whole family. the baby will then be calm and smoothly transitioned into the family
